Recipe:
Fry 200g onion in edible oil in a pressure cooker. Add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 3 green chilies, 3 tomatoes for 10 minutes. Add 200g curd, 1tsp lemon juice, 50g Addas biryani masala, 1kg mutton or chicken, or 500g vegetables fry for a few minutes. Add required water, 1kg biryani rice, salt to taste, coriander, mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 15 minutes tasty biryani is ready to serve.
